I ran again =emacs -q= with GNU Emacs 30.0.90 (build 1, x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, X toolkit, cairo version 1.16.0, Xaw3d scroll bars) of 2024-08-30

did TAB and S-TAB on the affected table but looks the same as in the previous screenshots

I manually aligned it OK (just adding a space after the linked title) and pressed TAB and S-TAB, then it reproduced the same inconsistency
