[TRAMP] Tramp tries connecting

Symptoms:

Tramp visits some files on a remote host. When the remote host closes
the connection (connection reset by peer), tramp still tries reaching
that host (why). Even when I killed all buffers, tramp wants to make
connection (the connection is over kerberos / ssh, if that is
important).   

My idea is, that tramp should issue a warning and ask whether to give
up connecting to the remote host.

Thanks a lot for this extremely useful mode! Especially file browsing
and file transfer via the ssh tunnel works like a charm and is
extremely convenient!
