I don't want to put keyword arguments into the list manipulating
functions of Emacs Lisp.  I think it goes against the spirit of Lisp.
I felt that way, to some extent, when Common Lisp was designed.
In any case, it is very much against the spirit of Emacs Lisp.
In some obscure functions that must have complex args, it is ok,
but I'd rather avoid it where there is no need for it,

If the existence of multiple equivalent functions bothers people,
I would rather install a function delq-duplicates that compares
using eq.  That fits the spirit of Emacs Lisp.
