Minor fixes for bulgarian-bds and bulgarian-phonetic input methods

Hi,

The attached patch lists, in documentation of these input methods, which 
characters are not affected by Caps Lock.  Some people I've talked with 
find this behaviour confusing.  (I know that it can't be fixed, but it's 
good to be documented.)

The character maps shown in comments inside these methods is corrected.

Double definition of cyrillic YU in bulgarian-phonetic is removed.
