click on toolbar button -> crash

(On OS X 10.3, CVS checkout)
Turned on new toolbar buttons in Options/Show-Hide/Tool-bar, clicked on
some icon (which one doesn't seem to matter). Emacs exits right away.

In GNU Emacs (powerpc-apple-darwin7.2.0)
 of 2004-02-29 on catherine
configured using `configure '--without-x' '--enable-carbon-app''
