It's not yet in the manual.  Did you read the description in NEWS ?

The only arithmetic that is allowed is:

        (+ expr expr ...)
        (- expr expr ...)
        (expr . expr)  => multiplies CAR and CDR.

Actually, :align-to (two) means to take value of "two" and use it as a
number of pixels, where :align-to two takes the value of "two" and
uses it as a number of (default width) characters.
