Re: unload-hook definitions

    A number of files still contain definitions of <feature>-unload-hook
    as a function, not as a proper hook as they should.

I have fixed these (but not checked it in yet).

    There are also some which define the hook as a customized variable,
    which is wrong -- the definition should just depend on what the
    package does and not be a user variable.

I did not fix these.
