If you have sent mail to Perry, you have notified him sufficiently.
Please make Dave an admin now, and he can handle it from here on,
so you won't need to spend more time on the question.

    I do not think it is worth the pain now; given that 'url' is being
    merged in Emacs, the project 'url' is not needed anymore.
    It would cleaner, though, if the project description were updated, or
    if the project 'url' were now redirecting to the 'emacs' project.

I am not sure all of the useful files in the url project are now in
Emacs.  Dave, do you know?  If this is the case, then yes the project
should be redirected.
