This is kinda surprising, since `url-generic-parse-url' is defined in
url-parse.el, and `url-nonrelative-link' is defined in url-vars.el,
and the former requires the latter.

What does `C-h f url-generic-parse-url' say, and does your
url-parse.el require url-vars.el?
