Whether it is a directory or file, I don't expect Emacs to try to move
it when I drop in a dired buffer.
So you'd like to entirely turn off the special handling of
dropping into Dired buffers. Is that right?
That should be easy now as a customization. As for changing the
defaults, I don't like it much, because it means that Dired won't work
as a directory browser with drag-and-drop. If the users generally
want that, we should do it, but let's see if they really do.
