I have to disagree here. If the user is using the keyboard to switch
frames, then they probably want the pointer to stay out of the way,
not move to the frame they switched to.
Moving the pointer to the frame switched to by C-x 5 o is a hack to
work around window managers that use the mouse position to determine
focus (you said so yourself).
