Re: call-interactively 3rd arg cannot be a string

    The doc string for `call-interactively' says that the third arg is, by
    default, the value of (this-command-keys), which sometimes returns a
    string and sometimes a vector.

Let's fix the documentation to say it must be a vector
and that the default is the value of (this-command-keys-vector).
Would someone please do that and ack?
