I believe not many people would want to save the grep output to a file
with escape sequences. etc/grep.txt is a special case for the demonstration
purpose. When someone wants to save the grep output to a file, this is
possible with redirecting the output to the file on the command line of
`M-x grep', and visiting this file in read-only mode afterwards.
