OK, I was working with the more traditional definition:
"perceptible to the eye".
I don't know how common your definition is, but I would suggest that
most people reading the function's docstring would probably
misunderstand what it does based on the current text.
For an example of useful documentation see raise-frame - that
describes what the function does in language that an "average Emacs
user" (if there is any such creature) would understand.
