ffap/tramp: put the cursor upon a URL, then type C-x C-f. Now in the
minibuffer add a //tmp at the end of the URL. The URL changes color,
and it appears we are going to go to our local disk's /tmp, but
instead we still get part of the URL passed thru as where to go.
