Gnus/5.110006 (No Gnus v0.6) Emacs/22.0.93 (windows-nt) |
Please write in English if possible, because the Emacs maintainers
usually do not have translators to read other languages for them.
Your bug report will be posted to the address@hidden mailing list.
Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:
After putting something on the Windows clipboard by selecting text in
notepad and typing C-c there, in emacs
(x-selection-exists-p 'CLIPBOARD) returns t
but
(x-get-selection 'CLIPBOARD) returns nil
If Emacs crashed, and you have the Emacs process in the gdb debugger,
please include the output from the following gdb commands:
`bt full' and `xbacktrace'.
If you would like to further debug the crash, please read the file
c:/emacs/etc/DEBUG for instructions.
In GNU Emacs 22.0.93.1 (i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600)
of 2007-02-02 on DEYKE1
X server distributor `Microsoft Corp.', version 5.1.2600
configured using `configure --with-gcc (3.4)'

A: Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text.
Q: Why is top-posting such a bad thing?
A: Top-posting.
Q: What is the most annoying thing on usenet and in e-mail?
