New EmacsWiki theme v2

The latest version of the EmacsWiki theme is up - you can try it with http://www.emacswiki.org/emacs?action=""> and use the wiki as normally, then reset to the default with http://www.emacswiki.org/emacs?action="">. The project site is here - https://github.com/bburns/emacswiki-light-theme.

This version should handle smaller screen sizes, and incorporates much of the feedback from Reddit. Also posted this there - https://www.reddit.com/r/emacs/comments/42dqdg/emacswiki_theme_v2/.
