[emacs-wiki-discuss] emacs-wiki and utf-8

Hello,

With emacs 21.3.1, LANG=fr_FR.UTF-8, my default coding system in emacs
is mule-utf-8 (alias: utf-8). I have to add:

|                 (mule-utf-8 "utf-8")
`----

in emacs-wiki-coding-map to get published files correctly encoded. Did
I miss something? If not, I think it can be a good idea to change the
default definition of emacs-wiki-coding-map.
