[emacs-wiki-discuss] Evil underlines

I'm getting somewhat annoyed with underscores being interpreted as
underline delimiters.  I want to remove this functionality from
emacs-wiki and Muse completely.

Does anyone have any objections?

If anyone actually uses underlines, I could easily make it so that
<ul> tags are translated into the XHTML equivalent.
