Here is a new and much-improved version of planner-appt.

With planner-appt you can keep your appointments in your daily plan
pages and reminder alerts will be set up automatically.

Features:

    * appointments in the task list or in the schedule [or both],
      with automatic scheduling of appointment alerts

    * highlighting of appointments on the page

    * "nag" feature: a pseudo-appointment may easily be attached to a
      task to nag you to do it at a certain time

    * view currently scheduled reminder alerts

    * highly flexible schedule format

    * cyclical schedule entries: you may put schedule lines in your
      cyclic diary file and they will appear in your schedule on the
      days that they are due. This works similarly for cyclic task
      appointments.

    * schedule sorting

    * calendar marking of days that have plan pages

Please note the comments in the file about removing `appt-make-list'
from your `diary-hook': planner-appt doesn't work properly if you have
this set.

This code is not part of the official planner release, so any bugs,
comments, and suggestions should be sent to the authors:

          Jim Ottaway <address@hidden>

Enjoy! :)
