Here is a brief list of the available link forms provided by various 
planner packages. I couldn't find them listed in this form elsewhere. 
Please add any that I have missed

emacs-wiki links
[[link text][optional link description]]

planner-bbdb
[[bbdb://Sacha.*Chua][Sacha]] will be linked to the blog, web
or net fields of the first matching BBDB record.

planner-bookmark
[[bookmark://bookmark-name][bookmark-description]]
bookmark-description will use bookmark-annotation if available,
else bookmark-name will be used.

planner-erc
Annotations will be of the form
[[erc://server/nick/#channel][Chat with nick on server#channel]]
[[erc://server/nick][Chat with nick on server]]
[[erc://server][Chat on server]]

planner-lisp
[[lisp://plan][Plan]] will be rendered as
"Plan". Selecting the link will run the plan function interactively.

planner-rmail
Annotations will be of the form

planner-unix-mail
Annotations will be of the form
