You can use remember to make a note which you can place in a plan page
containing the topic.
M-x remember would give you a buffer wherein you can type your notes.
When you're done typing the note, C-c C-c and type the plan page where
you want your note to be saved in.
Hmmm.
Let me clarify something: Do you want _all_ your notes to be available
wherever you are? Like, _all_ of them? :)
