Interactively:
M-x load-library RET planner-timeclock-summary RET
then
M-x planner-timeclock-summary-show or M-x
planner-timeclock-summary-show-range or any of the other functions
(use TAB after planner-timeclock-summary-show to see lots and lots of
options ;) ).
