[Erbot-discuss] Makefile added to erbot

I've added the ability to compile and install erbot using Make.

Things to edit to customize it to your taste:

 - Beginning of Makefile where various options are defined.

 - erball.el: erball-comilation-paths, which determines the paths that
   should be added to `load-path' in order for compilation to
   succeed.  I tried to pick reasonable defaults, but YMMV.
