[ESPResSo] Mailings from non-members are discarded

Hello!

Due to the increasing occurence of spam on the ESPResSo mailing lists
espresso and espresso-devel, from now on all mailings to any of the
lists that are sent by non-members will be automatically discarded.

Therefore, if you send a mailing to the list, please make sure that you
are using the email address that has been subscribed to the list, and
not an alternative address.
