Hi Lujan,

in the directory where you used "make" to compile espresso (called build 
directory) you should find and executable Espresso.
Make sure it is there.

Then go to the samples directory and use:
<build_directory>/Espresso <sample_script.tcl>
Here <build_directory> and <sample_script.tcl> are placeholders.
In my case it looks like:
../bin/Espresso lj_liquid.tcl
