It could be that we just forgot to include the velocity into the parser
code of the rhomboid.
I believe it was done here:
40160c12 src/tcl/lb-boundaries_tcl.cpp         (Iveta Jancigova

That is probably too new to be in 3.2.0, so please use the current
master code.
