Hi Vincent,

Apologies for the bit of a wait :) I finally got around to wrestling
with the authentication code, cleaned it up a bit and made sure that
the same effective logic that Fab 0.1.x used, also applies in 0.9. It
appears to work correctly for me now, in that it always tries a
pre-existing password before prompting the user, when applicable.

Please nab the latest master (or at least up till d3570f5) and let me
know if this fixes your particular case.
