This is so far the only thing I find really stupid about darcs -- not
doing *anything* about missing files. I'd to have something like in
cvs, but with an easier way to ignore files that are in the way, like

    darcs ignore java.hprof.txt
    darcs ignore --everywhere '*.gen.html'

I conceived that command in the times of cvs, because it seemed
natural to have 'cvs ignore' to match the '.cvsignore' files ;-)

Perhaps I should look at the source and write a patch (sigh)...
