[Fhsst-authors] New site email issue solved

Hi everyone.

I believe I have solved the email problem for the new site. It is 
working at LBL now and the solution makes a lot of sense. The server is 
now sending mail from a fully qualified domain name :)

I deleted 4 users who have never activated their accounts or logged in, 
two of which I know had problems with the email. They are:
andy
andy2
Fohtung
chultquist

Things should be working now, can you please try again?
