[Findutils-patches] Updating to the head revision of gnulib used by findutils

I'm applying this patch to the findutils 4.4.x CVS tree (and a similar
one to the 4.5.x tree), partly to address Karl's bug report about the
copyright date.  I also attach a summary of the gnulib changes between
these two revisions.
