[Fle3-announce] Fle3 version 1.4.5 released

Hello people,

Fle3 version 1.4.5 was just released. Like always an upgrade is 
recommended. Downloads are available:

The new version includes (1) localization of knowledge type sets; (2) 
Greek, Czech and Hungarian user interface; (3) minor bug fixes and (4) 
improved course export/import support. Many thanks to the translators!
