running account manager database creating script

Bonjour tous le monde,

Have entered in db.conf file the proper credentials for the database on localhost.  Upon running the db creation script as per wiki I get this error

php /opt/belledonne-communications/share/flexisip-account-manager/tools/create_tables.php

PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function get_config_value() in /opt/belledonne-communications/share/flexisip-account-manager/database/database.php:32

Im not sure if its an error in code at said location or this is related to my credential errors in db.conf

p.s. account manager install was run from belledonne centos repo
