[fluid-dev] Running under NT 4?

Hello,

I have downloaded fluidsynth 1.0.0 for Win32, and tried to start in
under NT 4 (SP 6a), but failed.

Whether without options or with -a=dsound, and whether with a
soundfont or not, it says:

fluidsynth: panic: Failed to lock the audio buffer. System lockup might follow.
Exiting.

Failed to create the audio driver

==

So, what should I do about this& Or is it impossible to start with NT4
and I should try other versions of Windows?

(Not discussing Linux at this point)
