[fluid-dev] Durations in the API with FLUID_SEQ_NOTE

Hey,

Sorry for the double-post, but I found something curious.

Durations are wrong on certain notes. I don't know why, but it's
always the same notes with incorrect durations. I normally use
FLUID_SEQ_NOTE for my notes; if I switch to sending a NOTEON and
NOTEOFF pair of events, suddenly the durations are correct again. I'm
not sure why this happens, and didn't find any obvious problems with
the FS code that handles NOTE. Has anybody else seen anything like
this?
