[Freefont-bugs] Box Drawing in FreeSerif corrected

Hello,

I finally took the time and did the not-so-terribly-exciting job of
correcting the box drawing characters in the FreeSerif. The task proved
worthwhile, as I also cleaned the box drawing characters somewhat on the
way - threw out redundant control points (the origin of which I know -
Remove Overlap without subsequent Simplify) and converted some weird curve
points to corner points. The origin of curve points remains mysterious to
me.

The corrected files are right now only available through CVS and WebCVS;
I'll update the TrueType files tomorrow.
