[Freeipmi-devel] use threadsafe functions

Hi everyone,

For those hacking on the freeipmi CVS head, please use the thread-safe
functions like gethostbyname_r and localtime_r for now on.  Most of the
tools use threads for the parallel stdout output.  I recently caught a few
non-thread safe things lingering around from 0.3.0 days.
