Log message:
        working on the debugger...checked in disabled.
        Making the UI respond to the /ui/current/Debugger slot instead of a 
specific
        hard-coded instance.  This will allow us to support multiple instances 
with a
        specific instance being "current" and part of the UI.  I will be adding 
a drop
        down (like in the script runner) which can be used to select the 
instance of the
        debugger.  After this, its on to debugging the starting of the debugger 
and binding
        to the UI instance.  Also, there is now a "View-Debugger" menu option 
to show/hide
        the debugger and a separate "Run - Debugger" menu to start debugging.
