[freesci-develop] Code freeze delay

Hi,

due to the number of bug reports and work going on, and, in particular, due
to the MorphOS port (which would be nice to have in the next release), I
suggest we postpone the freeze by one week, and the release along with it.

Those of you waiting for responses to their e-mail: I apologize for not
getting back to you and will try to reply as soon as I can.
