Log message:
Fixed some SCI1 resource stuff:

* Now dies properly when the SCI1 views are loaded instead of looping
* Added -r switch to set the version number

You can now start KQ5 with glutton. You need to specify -r3 on the
command line, though. It dies early on because the built-in kernel
table lacks some entries (as usual).
