The teksolv.de downloads should still work. A revised web-site
layout is in the works; I'm not sure whether anyone is going to fix
the broken download locations before that.
For a liveness check, have a look at the IRC logs
(http://www-plan.cs.colorado.edu/reichenb/freesci-logs). 0.6.1 should
be released fairly soon.
