[freesci-develop] sci-memory patch

Hi folks,

the attached patch contains some simple tweaks for sci-memory.c/.h,  
basically moving internal code from the .h to the .c file, removing  
the dead scim_inline #define and doing some cleanup. Maybe you can  
consider this for inclusion.
