The advice in the Freetalk manual is to diff two trees, but that's
somewhat tedious.
If you have made local changes and have not committed them,
tla changes --diffs
would do. If you have created a local repository and committed there,
this would suffice, I think:
tla delta --diffs patch-X patch-Y
