Yes.
I installed the texinfo package as you suggested in a previous mail
and it worked without problems after that. The build successfully
completed.
I'm afraid I cannot reproduce it. It looks like you either touched
one of the .texi files under /doc, or ran `make distclean'. Hmm,
I did not touch any of the files, however, I did run "make distclean"
after installing libloudmouth.
wait... The `distclean' target should not delete the *.info files.
Also CLEANFILES is reduntant, as well as EXTRA_DIST.
However, as you've figured, it apparently had nothing to do with
the problem
Trivial patch for this attached. An even better approach is to
generate the manpage automatically with help2man; that way it'll be
always up-to-date.

I was able to successfully build and use freetalk 3.2 :)
