[Freetalk-dev] username should be case insensitive?

In my chat history, there are 2 different logs, one is
something like
address@hidden
the other is
address@hidden
which is strange, as those 2 should be the same thing(or are there cases
where they are different?)

I just added (string-downcase ) to approprate places in history.scm.
It seems to work well. I wonder if there other places such modification
are helpful?

Should the username always be downcase though out the
entire program?
