FT2: check case please

Hi,

I was uploading freetype2 (Jan 6th snapshot), and my decompacting program
kindly tells me that freetype2-current/config/dos/ftoption.h was about
to erase freetype2-current/config/dos/FTOPTION.H  :-(

Needless to say, I use a case insignificant file system, so both cannot
coexist as it used to be on a Linux machine...

Furthermore, I highly suspect that these upcase names (FTOPTION.H here, but
there are others) are wrong and should be corrected (without forgetting to
really deleting the files in the CVS tree).
I should also add that it would be better to verify that the names are unique
within their first 8 characters + extensions, in order to correctly be used
under the plain vanilla DOS file systems. This is at least a problem for the
.GIF used for the docs...
