Werner sent me the problematic font off list. It has the followng
"interesting" properties:
A weird font matrix. I hade said something about not handling all six
entries in a font matrix (this was w.r.t the Type 2 parser) a while
ago. I guess this is not an "easy" feature to implement.
The encoding array references a bunch of glyphs that are not defined
in the char strings dictionary. I consider this a bug in the font. I
am not sure if ft2 will map a non-existant glyph to /.notdef.
