Code duplication

I just commited a small fix to the t1z driver; accent positioning now seems
to be correct (it wasn't before with a bunch of fonts I had).

However, I see that the CID driver has it's own copy of the routine I
modified. Goody, it's only *slightly* different. After looking closer,
cidgload.c is only a minorly modified copy of z1gload.c. The horror! Need I
say more? I've fixed some stuff to the t1z driver, but I'm definitely not
going to dive into the CID driver to see whether they apply there, too...
