Dear friends,
I've finally found a solution which avoids the problem of `##'
together with macro expansion.
FT2_ROOT and FT2_CONFIG_ROOT are gone. Instead,
FT2_{PUBLIC,CONFIG,INTERNAL}_FILE can be configured.
Please check the CVS.
The holy ANSI grail has been saved.
