[Devel] TTF2BDF on 16 bits Windows

Hello,

I need to have a TTF2BDF running on a 16 bits windows (compiled with the
microsoft visual C/C++ 1.52).

Thanks to all elements I found on the www.freetype.org, I succeed.

Thank you to all members of the FreeType organisation for this beautiful
job.

As, my work is for 16 bits windows, I think this job is not usefull.
But, If somone wants it or wants the list of bugs I have found in the
ttf2bdf program, I will be happy to help him(her).
